Borago officinalis Borage Blue & White mix. This wonderful annual herb is in every one of my summer herb gardens. Sometimes called Starflower. The leaves and stems are hairy with the plant grows 2-3 feet tall. The tasty little flowers have a cucumber flavor and are perfect for freezing in ice cubes for summer drinks. Sow them once and they will reseed year after year with no more attention.
